Our service is structured on a daily rate, planned around up to 8 hours of flight time per day, plus expenses including accommodations, airline travel if required, and a $50 per day meal per diem. While planning is based on an 8-hour day, we often maximize available daylight and conditions to complete the mission as efficiently as possible. In many cases, our aircraft deliveries within the United States are completed same day, depending on the aircraft, weather, and fuel stops. Every trip is carefully planned to reduce both time and cost without compromising safety. Our mission is simple: deliver your aircraft safely and efficiently. We are not building time or test flying your airplane. Every flight is conducted with professionalism, discipline, and respect for your aircraft as a valuable investment. As part of our service, we provide a detailed list of any observed discrepancies or squawks to bring to your attention. This added layer of awareness ensures you stay informed on the condition of your aircraft throughout the journey.
