How Aircraft Relocation Works

Our relocation process is designed to keep everything organized and transparent from the first request to the final arrival.

1. Submit Your Request

Start by providing basic information about your aircraft and relocation needs. This includes the aircraft type, registration number, departure and destination airports, and your preferred timeframe.

2. Review & Approve Your Quote

Our team prepares a detailed estimate that outlines pilot fees, routing, fuel considerations, permits if required, and contingency planning. Once approved, we confirm scheduling and availability.

3. Contract & Scheduling

We finalize the ferry agreement and confirm your aircraft’s placement on our relocation schedule. A deposit secures the booking and allows our team to begin detailed planning.

4. Flight Planning & Execution

Our pilot completes all pre-flight preparation, including route planning, weather review, and safety checks. Your aircraft is then flown safely to its destination with updates provided throughout the journey.
