Private Pilot – Flight Time Req.

• 40 hours total flight time

• 20 hours dual instruction

• 10 hours solo flight

• 3 hours dual cross‑country

• 3 hours solo cross‑country

• 3 hours night dual (inc. 100 NM XC)

• 3 hours instrument training

• 3 hours practical test prep (within 60 days)

Commercial Pilot – Flight Time Req.

• 250 hours total flight time

• 100 hours pilot‑in‑command

• 50 hours cross‑country PIC

• 10 hours complex or TAA aircraft training

• One cross‑country flight (300 NM) with two landings

• 5 hours night VFR with 10 takeoffs/landings

Instrument Rating – Flight Time Req.

• Hold at least a Private Pilot Certificate

• 50 hours cross‑country PIC

• 40 hours actual or simulated instrument time

• 15 hours dual instrument instruction

• One cross‑country flight under IFR (250 NM) with specific approaches

Flight Instructor – Requirements​

• Hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate

• Hold an Instrument Rating (Airplane)

• Log at least 15 hours PIC in category/class

• Pass the Fundamentals of Instructing (FOI) exam

• Pass the FAA knowledge and practical tests

• Endorsement for spin training
